Our jewelry is handmade in our production facility, not by machines. Therefore, if there is ever a manufacturing error, we will gladly repair or replace our product. We will also repair or replace our products with raw material defects, such as broken lobster springs or brittle chain. Our products are delicate items and will get chipped and scratched if not worn and cared for carefully. This type of everyday wear and tear is not covered under our Lifetime Guarantee.

Our turn-around time does not increase if you special order. Every piece of jewelry is made to order, by hand, in our production facility. Nothing is ever sitting on a shelf, waiting to be shipped.
