If your Emily Ray piece should ever be in need of repair, we will fix it or replace it for free.
All you need to do is take your piece to any Emily Ray dealer and ask them to send it to us for repair.
We will have it fixed and back to you in just a matter of days.

And guess what!  If you lose or damage one of your favorite earrings,
we’ll sell just one earring to match the one you have!
Customer satisfaction is a way of life for us, not just an empty promise.

Some exceptions apply:
Our gold and silver plated metals are not covered under our Lifetime Guarantee to maintain their luster.
These piece are, however still covered for workmanship.
