Caring for Your Jewelry


Sterling Silver Designs
Most Emily Ray Jewelry designs, especially older designs,
are best cleaned in a Speed Brite or other jewelry cleaning machine,
or simply rubbed with an Emily Ray Buffy Cloth - which has a special cleaning solution on it.
You may purchase a Speed Brite machine or Buffy Cloths
from Emily Ray Jewelry through your local ER dealer.
These methods work beautifully on designs made of
sterling silver, crystals, crystal pearls and gemstones;
but, are NOT recommended for cleaning plated metals.


Plated Metal Designs
Many recent Emily Ray jewelry collections include designs which incorporate
the latest trend in plated gold, silver and copper metal chain and components.

While Emily Ray designs always use the best quality components,
special care is strongly advised when storing and cleaning metal plated designs.
Do not use any type of chemical solutions on plated metals.
Do not rub excessively with a Buffy Cloth or any cloth.
Instead, gently rinse jewelry with a mild soap and water, then pat dry on a towel.


Storage
Store all of your jewelry in moisture-proof zip-lock baggies when not in use.

Following these instructions will prolong the beauty of your jewelry.

Our gold, silver and copper plated metal chains and components
are not covered under our Lifetime Guarantee to maintain their luster.
These pieces are, however still covered for workmanship.
